Roxanne Prunkl, MBA
Twice nominated for RBC’s Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Roxanne is highly respected by her peers and clients. She has been an established business professional in the Edmonton corporate community for nearly 2 decades. She received her MBA in 1993 and has been in the finance industry since, acting as a Consultant for KPMG, Xerox and Lexmark, and later as a Mortgage Professional. Roxanne has extensive knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and continues to establish firm relationships with all major lenders.
In addition to working with the mainstream lenders and mortgage companies, Roxanne expanded the options available to her clients by developing and maintaining a group of private lenders. In today’s economic times, these lenders enable clients, otherwise unable, to purchase or in some cases keep a home. Short term financing allows clients to get back on their feet and resume financing with more mainstream lenders in the future.
Roxanne ensures her team works hard to educate clients throughout all stages of the process, and makes it a priority to establish clear communication lines between all parties involved. This is her secret to achieving fast response times – which translates into a painless closing for all Purple Cat clients.
Now an owner of a quarter section near Drayton Valley, Roxanne spends her free time hiking, skiing, canoeing and growing vegetables in her greenhouse.
She loves travel and adventure…
Highlights have included climbing to Camp 1 of Everest, and taking her mother on a week-long dogsled adventure in the Yukon.
